SPORE - Genkiscale Length: 0:53
Description: Also known as the "false crocoscale", this smaller reptile was at one time thought to be a subspecies of crocoscale, but this was later proven to be false. The genkiscale does not lead an amphibious lifestyle, and eats an entirely different diet.
Extremely social creatures, they live in large groups, but despite the sheer size of their groups, they pose little physical threat to medium and larger-sized prey, opting instead to occasionally eat smaller prey, or more likely, steal any eggs they come across.
It's sharp claws and powerful teeth are perfect tools to help it crack through even the toughest eggshells. The spikes on it's tail are used for defense, though it rarely has to rely on that alone. Small and fast, a single genkiscale is easy to lose sight of.
